Hello and welcome! I am David Pronier, Founder of Kintsugi Consulting, a dynamic consulting firm based in France. With a solid background in sales and management, I have worked in diverse sectors such as energy, food production, pharmaceuticals, new technologies, transport, and logistics.

Over the years, I have held various sales positions, progressing to a leadership role in sales teams and eventually moving into executive roles to support sales, technical, and project teams.

A significant chapter in my career was the creation of the French subsidiary of an American IT startup. For 12 years, I established the structure, oversaw development, and managed financial, commercial and operational activities, achieving solid results and significant growth.
In addition to my commercial and managerial skills, I am certified as a coach and trainer. I draw on my experience of over 25 years to share my passion for developing skills in sales, organization, performance optimization, and change management.
